Return and refund policy

You can always change your mind!

Our Return Policy

You can change your mind and return any goods that you have ordered from us. You have 90 days from the delivery date.

If you are determined to return item(s):

  • Complete a simple Return Form that is put to every order.<./li>
  • Return the item/items in its original condition – do not forget about tags and packaging of the goods.
  • Items should not be worn or damaged.

All returns must be shipped from the order country to meet merchandising restrictions. The standard returns process requires up to 3 business days after your Return Form arrives at our store. We humbly ask you to allow up to 7 business days during holidays and other peak times. As soon as your return is accepted, you are sent confirmation e-mail.

We inform you that refunds are issued for properly returned items only, in case the item(s) in question does not meet the conditions given above, it (they) will be shipped to you again.


Speaking about exchange, we are always ready to send you different size or color! Simply return the item you would like to exchange following the return procedure, but select the “Exchange” option in the Return Form. You also should indicate the replacement size and/or color.

All return conditions stand for our exchanges as well. We will ship the replacement you want to the original order address. You will receive a habitual Shipping Confirmation e-mail with your exchange details. 
In case the size or color of the item you want is no longer available be ready to receive a refund – we will send you Refund Confirmation e-mail to inform about it.

Refund Times – how long they usually take

Credit Card Refunds: depending on your company or bank, your refund might take up to 14 business days from the day of our refund confirmation e-mail.

PayPal Refunds: these refunds are swifter – you will get your money back within 24 hours after receiving our Refund Confirmation e-mail. If you wish to transfer funds to a certain account, you have to contact PayPal.
